Pitchers when you have pain STOP throwing

Pitchers there is a difference between having a sore arm and pain.  If feel pain stop throwing.  I know you guys are trying to make your HS teams but some HS coaches really don't check in with their players.  Shame on them....They should better but some just push their players never really stopping to talk with the player.  Coaches need to check with their players.
In short players take of yourselves because some coaches are just selfish.
